Avoid BetterHelp . I was offered their therapy at £27/week (£108). Went to pay through their link. It signed me up on my other email address for some reason and charged me £50/week (£200). Now they refuse to give a refund, even just the difference. So much for mental health.

Catching up on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! . I am so impressed with Melvin Odoom . He was feeling down & Oti was helping, so he did the brave thing & asked her to stay with him for a bit. He didn't ignore his feelings. He lived in them & took the action that would help. Setting a great example

What a fun double audition day. First auditioning for the absolutely lovely Marc and then an exciting puppetry workshop with Night Garden Live . I've had the most enjoyable day and ended it with a Bailey's hot chocolate. Even if it doesn't go my way, my heart is full ❤️
