Open Farm Weekend activity got underway bright and early this morning. The LMC team visited some of the farms hosting cookery demonstrations. First up was Laurel View where LMC demonstrator Patricia cooked some tasty NIFQA honey chilli beef! 😍🍽

Since 2020 Laurel View Equestrian Centre & Farm has taken Social Farming out to those individuals who can't attend on the farm. It's a highlight of everyone's week, especially when they get to enjoy a poke together!
