Today I was recipe testing desserts for our new primary menus with Chef Stuart! It's so important to us that we test every recipe and ensure the taste and portion sizes are right for our customers. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it! My personal taste tester approves!

Dotting the i's and crossing the t's today with Chef Mickey on all our primary menus & recipes that we've been creating & testing over the last few weeks, before they go to our wonderful Mellors Catering Services marketing team to be brought to life!

This morning I had the pleasure of talking to Sheffield Hallam University Hallam Food & Nutrition students about my journey so far with my #nutritioncareer. Thank you for inviting me! As an #hallamalumni it was lovely to talk to others at the start of their journey & give insight into the working world.

A lovely morning with enthusiastic children that weren't afraid to try something new! A massive well done to them all. So rewarding to be supporting them to develop #goodeatinghabits from an early age

It wasn't just the kids trying new foods today! This big kid Neil Eastwood discovered a love of kumquat or were they physalis? Anyone else tried them? They're delicious!!

Good Luck Tom! You've work hard to prepare for today. Go and smash it!
