Now I live in a 'Progressive' society where no one says that anymore...even as a joke.

It would be fun to argue that this doctor was exercising her right to free speech by eating a banana. 😆 Please tell this doctor to get in touch if the Medical Board goes after her! Unfortunately, they just might be authoritarian enough to try to do it.

This may sound strange, but I didn't realize the BLM riots of 2020 were unusual. That's in part because I was locked down with my young kids, but mostly because I lived in Oakland, where rioters had been destroying our downtown on a regular basis since 2009. Am I the only one?

I don't normally pay attention to celebrity gossip, but I got sucked in to the Depp-Heard case because the trial was interesting. Most people don't realize the ACLU was behind the whole thing. Johnny Depp might have had a case against them but decided just to sue Amber Heard.

UPDATE: This professor spent the night in jail and has not yet been formally charged. (It's quite possible the prosecutor will choose not to prosecute.)
