Cancelled AT&T in December. Have been fighting to get them to stop charging my credit card ever since. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone today, asked to speak to a supervisor, was promised to call back within an hour. It's now been three hours. Worst customer service ever!

Having a less than stellar experience with United Airlines customer service. Logic is not prevailing....will they make it right??
