I speak to my line manager daily. I’m very lucky that he’s very present and visible and I work in a small school with a large communal space that everyone can be found in! This hasn’t always been the case as a teacher though.

Each week our students that have achieved 100% attendance that week earn a token which can be spent or saved to buy a range of merchandise from brollies, to coffee cups to these bears
