This is interesting because at the last NASA Advisory Council HEO committee meeting, there was discussion about how the committee wanted to recommend *to Congress* that Congress fully fund commercial LEO destinations, but they felt that wasn't their role.

When I worked for ISS National Lab, I remember someone asking why astronauts take photos from space instead of the process being automated. Humans see beauty.
