On 13 May we were delighted to host Agnese Lāce, Parliamentary Secretary of Kultūras ministrija, along with Latvian youth studying in the Netherlands and diaspora representatives. Discussions centered on preserving 🇱🇻 identity abroad and encouraging young people to return after studies.

The today’s raising of the flags of 10 🇪🇺EU MS 🇨🇾🇨🇿  🇲🇹  🇪🇪  🇭🇺  🇱🇻  🇱🇹  🇵🇱  🇸🇰 🇸🇮 ceremony was a clear sign of our unity and integrity. We hope that this celebration in the City of Peace and Justice will inspire hope and enthusiasm for the future of Europe.

During the visit to the Netherlands, Latvian Minister for Climate and Energy Kaspars Melnis traveled to the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland, where he met with Mayor Lars Voskuil, as well as visited the offshore wind parks Egmond aan Zee and Frysland.
