Fursuit makers, what material did you make your first fursuit head out of? I used gesso bandages, dipped in water over a clay form to make a wolf. No one got to see it as I literally couldn’t breathe with it so moved to plastic canvas and a helmet 😅 I made it in 1999.

A bit experimental but paint smoothing has now a screen smoothing option, that can be used on high poly mesh, effectively being topology independent (similarly to the smudge tool).
By default it’s enabled once the paint intensity is >100%
