How do you build teachers’ capacity? Conduct professional learning opportunities after school. Today Flat Rock Elementary School,
K-2 and 3rd-5th grade teachers engaged in PL sessions on the use of manipulatives in math and unpacking writing standards. The sessions were led by teacher leaders.
