As finals week approaches, it is important to stay motivated! Here are 5 ways to stay motivate for finals week: Focus on your goals, follow your study plan, hold yourself accountable, get a sufficient amount of sleep and remind yourself how far you have come.

Avoid falling asleep on your keyboard - take a caffeine break at Cougar HQ as you study for finals.

Bagel Thursday-Dec. 9 from 8am to 11am located outside the BoardRoom on campus. All students are welcome to a self-serve grab n go free bagel, and a beverage of choice.   The Student Ambassadors will be encouraging students to get involved in student organizations and clubs.

Do some self-care before finals!  Take some “Me time” and enjoy a movie on us at the local theaters.  Come to Cougar HQ to pick up your Movie gift card.  Good luck on finals!
