We responded an outside fire in a flood channel near Symphony Park.

TRT 🪢 Captain Rafael Espinoza outlined his plan with all personnel on the scene to ensure a smooth operation.

Crews worked collectively to lower a Firefighter into the channel to extinguish the fire. 🔥
