Now In A Minute Media Mariyah Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cardiff Met Lara Rebecca graduated from Cardiff Met with a MSc in Sports Psychology. While at university, Lara founded The Keep Smiling Collective which provides mental health awareness and education through lived experience talks, and workshops in educational and corporate settings.
