Haven't tweeted here in a while have been busy with some of the projects. Also haven't tweeted because what I said in the past year is the same I would tweet today especially when it comes to minimizing unproductive movement in throwing and swinging. I started SETPRO over

When you train pitchers to anchor into the ground, control the middle to mirror the mound down the mound, aka ... #RidetheSlide The arm has no choice but to move faster, naturally. Or you could pivot pick, roll-in and rocker it... and hope it works out for you?

Why 'staying back' and artificially closing the front shoulder creates so many problems. The only reason your shoulder flies open is because you are not rotating your hips, not utilizing the ground. Instead you push or extend your hips from the ball of your foot and quad.

Typical traits of a flat ground pattern as well as guys trying to “stay back”. Very quad dominant and great example of hip extension (pushing sideways) and not rotation.

Pitchers with flatground patterns push away from the mound vs work down the slope. You will see the front foot elevate vs match the mound The hips will drift or push sideways These guys tend to suffer with consistent stuff, command and velo transfer.

Why teach mechanics in phases if the kinetic chain is interconnected? Why teach upper body mechanics if the upper body is impacted by the lower body? Why evaluate positions at landing while disregarding movements before landing
 If actions create reactions?

Yesterday I received one of the best compliments I could ever receive. Guy asked, “what athletes have you ever worked with to prove what you’re saying works? What evidence do you have?” If I were here 2sell products i’d promote who I work with. That would be easy.

Stop what you’re doing and think about this đŸ‘‡đŸ» It’s why I say the arm is at the mercy of the hips. Proximal-distal relationship. Pitching mechanics model 100% disregards this principle.

I would rather be hated for being my authentic self than be loved for pretending to be someone I’m not. I’d choose the rejection that comes from staying true to myself over the acceptance that comes from living a lie any day. People are free to have their opinions of me, but

Yesterday my youngest daughter Remy and I were riding skateboards and stopped at a crosswalk. "Dad, did you know that you don't even have to touch the button? All you have to do is put your hand near it because it's powered by 'motion sickness.'

A small inefficiency at the proximal end creates a ripple that grows exponentially as it travels up the kinetic chain, eventually impacting your shoulder and elbow Just like a ripple in water expands outward, a minor flaw in your movement flow can lead to significant issues down

Read Dr. Ismael Gallo DPT, MBA reply and ask yourself this
. If a small flaw in the middle amplifies the effect outwards to the arm
Then science tells us you’re wasting time training the arm in isolation. What you see at the arm is a side effect This đŸ‘‡đŸ»

Happy Heavenly Birthday Dad! I miss you more than words can describe. Would give anything to hear some wisdom from you one more time!

In today’s world it’s entirely possible to judge a book by its cover
Fly the đŸ‡ș🇾 = Trump Wear a đŸ˜· = Biden/Harris I miss the days when it was about the people and not the politicians
