The scene on Grand River in East Lansing: workers at the Stoddard Starbucks are taking part in a one day strike. They have been out since 5am. Baristas say Starbucks corporate management will not take part in the bargaining process with union representatives.

This is a part of a nationwide one day work stoppage by Starbucks Workers United called #redcuprebellion. Rutkowski said the bargaining unit from the union waited six hours for the Starbucks bargaining unit and when the SB group came, they gave the union three minutes.
