Day 2 round up ! Evi Scottish Junior Champion 200 IM & 400 Free. 2nd in both events. A 4.12 sees her break the Scottish Junior record which has stood for 9 years. Craig reached C final of men’s 100 breaststroke becoming first Lanark swimmer to dip under the 1.05 mark.

Day 2 round up! A PB for Emily in the 100 fly and another sub 2.50 swim for Katie in the 200 breast.

Lanark pool closed today Tuesday due to lighting problem. Will advise re Wednesday training as soon as we know.

Lanark pool has reopened. Training is on tonight (Wednesday) as normal.
