Half term last week was so much fun! Our #YoungCarers loved going to Flip Out Wandsworth

It's Halloween today! We had an autumn celebration during half term with our youngest carers, which included arts and crafts, dressing up, games and snacks.

The first of our six, monthly sessions with Mindheart Creative Therapies was great! Our Young Carers had a chance to get creative and express themselves through Art Therapy practice.

On 23/11/23 it is #CarersRightsDay. This year’s theme is ‘Your rights: today, tomorrow and in the future’. On Thursday 23rd we will also be holding a celebration event, where Young Carers can take part in wellbeing activities with Nurture Meadow and find out about local support!

Thursday is #CarersRightsDay2023 and we’ll be celebrating with our Carers. We’re hosting an event with refreshments, wellbeing activities, local partner information and more! Young Carers are invited to attend from 4pm onwards! Get in touch to book.
