Big local story, Glos County Cllr Sue Williams has defected to The Green Party - this moves the council from Tory run to NOC.

This is the 2nd cllr to defect to Stroud District Green Party in a year (Helen Fenton, former Labour District cllr for Chalford joined us earlier this year).
