Players: When you’re on the bench you should still be helping your team by being alert, engaged, cheering & listening to coaches. Don’t become a detriment. You hurt your team if your attention isn’t on the game & you’re whining/pouting. Be there for your team under any conditions

If a player isn't willing to put in the work, there’s nothing a coach can do to help them succeed. Players have to want it.

Parents, keep tabs for how many workouts your child is missing so you have something to reference to when your child’s not getting the playing time you think they deserve
