Our application lab is beginning to take shape - this week we installed the lab furniture in our molecular biology room. Here we will label biomolecules with bright and photostable ATTO-dyes.

Today we received our new Stellaris 8 #confocal_microscope from Leica Microsystems ! It will allow us to develop new dyes and labeling techniques for advanced microscopy. We ran the first test labeling microtubules with our popular ATTO-488.
