Coach Wood has 25 years of cheer coaching experience, both at the HS and more recently the MSN. Her story is different from most Cheer Coaches, as she was a softball player as an athlete. She has brought home numerous trophies including both national and state titles.

Coach Rodriguez has coached for the past 12 years at various levels, was the cheer director for a local rec team, and more recently coached at the high school level the last 2 years. Cheering since she was 5 years old, cheer has always been part of her life.

Coach Shaffer has coached cheer at all levels for the past 8 years. She began cheering at 6yrs old with LZ Flames. She was also a gymnast and cheered at MSN, an all-star team, and LZHS where they were state champs. She looks forward to seeing the program reach it's potential.👏🏆
