A grandchild of Great Migration travelers, Judge Judith N. Dilday earned a law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1972. She was the 1st Black woman to serve #MA Probate & Family Court & head Women's Bar Association. She cofounded the 1st law firm owned by Black women in MA. She later taught in China. #WHM
An immigrant from Jamaica, Ruby Guscott was widowed by 30 & raised 6 kids during the Depression. She drove her sons to turn old buildings into affordable housing. In '03, their co. built the largest office tower in the US financed & developed by POC investors. #WomensHistoryMonth
