Today is the day! The Inspire veterinary undergraduate research conference is set to start at 9am! We have a wonderful programme showcasing some brilliant UG research!

First talk of the morning from Daisy Benn! Fascinating project optimising EV isolation from equine urine! 🐎

Followed swiftly by BCET funded summer student, Alice Addis, sharing her findings on the impact of age and equine EV miRNA cargo 🐎

Really important talk from Lois Kennedy about the prevalence of zoonotic infections amongst vet students! 🐄🐕🐈🐑

A great talk by Eirini Petrou on medication errors in veterinary practice! 💊

Charlotte Smith spoke to delegates about behavioural changes in seals in response to anthropogenic water and air based disturbances! 🦭

Fascinating talk by Veronica Erofeeva exploring the impact of venom injections on the thrombin antithrombin complex ! 🩸💉

Fantastic poster presentations over lunch from our brilliant veterinary student researchers from vet schools across the country 👏🏻

A great talk from Carrie Symington exploring the relationship between vaccination uptake and dogs fed raw meat diets ! 🐕💉🥩
