This statement is not equity sound; but, our new teachers are better than yours!! LTPS supervisors go above and beyond.

If you think equity is a destination, you will never get there. Equity as a destination is not a desert oasis, it is a mirage. Equity is the constant change necessary to achieve collective goals for all members of a diverse country, community or organization. Just a thought.
