Our paper on freshwater wetland restoration is highlighted in Springer Nature! This meta-analysis reveals restored wetlands can become #carbonsinks in 5 yrs, but it takes 141-525 yrs to have a net cooling effect on the planet. It is then a priority to conserve natural wetlands!💡
