Exams results are almost here, let's look at our young people's services. First up is Night Owls, a helpline that offers support & signposting to young people across West Yorkshire, every night 8pm–8am. Get in touch if there's anything you want to talk about during the night.

Next up is Teen Connect, a helpline that's open every day of the year, opening 3.30pm on weekdays, 6pm at the weekends, offering emotional support and a safe space to talk. Call, text, or come online if you want to talk about anything that's on your mind. #Leeds #MentalHealth
