Zumba-ing for our last Girls on the Run-Chicago practice before the 5K this Sat! Jefferson Middle Sch and Jackson Middle School girls had a blast! Huge shout out to our instructor Everitt O'Neal’s Mr. O’Neal!! Then we crafted some headbands and scrunchies to be race day ready!! Great idea coach McKenna!

Cheer has started at Jefferson. The team is coming together and working on their new routines with their coaches. It’s nice to see these activities back. Later today is the first cross country meet and our first soccer meet is next week. It’s a great day to be a Wildcat!!!🐾

Enjoying my Saturday morning at Anderson’s Bookshops' 22nd Annual Children’s Literature Breakfast. It’s been a treat to meet local authors, including Ronni Davis (updates & crash outs only) ✨. She’s a YA author whose stories provide timeless themes and universal relatability!
