Congratulations to me. Now Band 7 Clinical Nurse Educator within 1year+6months of relocating, thanks to the career progression opportunities East Kent Hospitals. IEN progression is possible. My Florence Nightingale Foundation Leadership programme definitely prepared me ahead of time. I have an amazing team.
It's #NursesDay today & I'm as proud as ever. One of the highlights of the year for me is I've been selected for the Lamp Procession Florence Nightingale Foundation for the Florence Nightingale Commemoration Service 2023, who remains my role model & I aspire to follow in her Leadership steps! π
It was indeed a phenomenal day Florence Nightingale Foundation Commemoration Service. So honoured to have joined the Lamp Procession and shining the light from East Kent Hospitals. It was such moments of awe, admiration and respect for the great Nursing profession and the legacy of Florence Nightingale.
So well deserved π Congratulations @TurnbullKathrin and Kirsty tanton . Thank you for all you do, you are incredible people and nurses, we are lucky to have you both.
