Morrisons have just won landmark case involving liability for the data breach caused by a rogue employee. This is fantastic news for the company and good news for employers generally who are doing their best to comply with data protection legislation.

UK Regulator orders Clearview AI Inc to stop processing data of UK residents and delete its facial recognition database as no lawful basis under UK GDPR and failed to make people aware that it was collecting images from social media sites.
