This standard of declaring the university doesn’t have enough students who would qualify as athletes is a self fulling prophecy. It would require students to stay at schools violating the law and hope it’s enough to qualify.

Those who voted to “protect women’s sports” should bring that same energy to ensuring that Title IX is enforced. Data from the Drake Group show 93% of athletic departments are in violation of Title IX. Where’s the outrage toward that? Or is it really about protecting women?
