Our Romanians this week traveled about a thousand miles in ten days. Along the way they picked up legitimate state ID's, veh w/ valid plates, insurance, and proof-of-address from FOUR DIFFERENT STATES. They did that in eight business days. Nobody knows what the hell is going on.
