Just a thought, but what if there was an online pen pal/mentor match up for LGBTQIA+ peeps doing biosci fieldwork? Working abroad for me could be isolating, occ. unsafe. I had to be closeted, and felt like I was navigating uncharted waters. I wonder if others could use support.
