This morning our officers participated in the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. We carried the torch from the Dublin border to the Danville border (5-miles) and passed the Flame of Hope torch to Danville PD. We were honored to carry the torch through our city!

Captain Ramos of Sacramento Sheriff welcomed LETR officers to the 1st 2020 Kickoff Conference said, "Thank you for bringing your energy and passion to Special Olympics NorCal...Protect. Serve. Inspire. When I am tired running in the Torch Run, I think about the athletes and what this means to them."
