Island Costal is on site with an army of trucks completing prep work for our new project on Fitzroy Street - the new CMHA Modular Apartment Complex. We will be installing the foundation in upcoming week. #leadingedgegroup.

Some great progress with our Project at the corner of Young and Upper Prince in Charlottetown. This is a 3 Unit Building that is being added to the property of a former project of ours from 2018 - the 11 unit mirco apartment building. Exciting to be back at this property!
