Privilege to be involved with this series of projects describing right ventricular function during exercise - RV PV loops, you just can never see enough. @[email protected] University of Colorado Anschutz ISW_Research Laboratory for Environmental & Exercise Physiology
Congrats Alexander Hansen for the first published study from our lab - a detailed study and you know its complex when we had to bring out four PIs and 4 students to run the protocol. @[email protected] Global Research Expedition Altitude Related Health ISW_Research Laboratory for Environmental & Exercise Physiology IEEM Chris Hearon G
@SamLucas_PhD UoB EnviroPhys The Centre for Human Brain Health UBSportExR Those great talks got us inspired to get into the lab over the last few days and finally put together the setup for exercise CBF I had been procrastinating on for some time. Not an easy setup, but we think we’re close! @SamLucas_PhD & colleagues, thanks for the inspiration!!
One day when astronauts land on Mars (with their vision intact), I hope we can say we had a small part to play in the accomplishment. The study was a challange for experimenters and participants - often they are the same individuals @[email protected] ISW_Research Laboratory for Environmental & Exercise Physiology IEEM
New paper from the Global Research Expedition Altitude Related Health collaboration.....providing greater insight into neurovascular control at altitude 🏔 Lowlanders and Andeans exhibit blunted neuro-cardiovascular transduction at altitude; whereas, Sherpa exhibit greater MSNA responsiveness. Well done Lindsey Berthelsen!
