After 4 weeks of intense training, 4 obstetric doctors, 2 midwives and 2 staff nurses have been upskilled to perform echocardiography to diagnose RHD in pregnant women in CWM. The 8 trained will be tasked to perform echo studies on women presenting for booking clinic.
