Back at base this afternoon Cubs got to choose from a number of Scouting skills to develop a bit further than they’ve done before including fire lighting, log splitting and knife skills. #CubsNewForest2025 #SkillsForLife #Outdoors

Last weekend we had 5 teams take part in the annual southern50 competition hike. 30k event our scout teams came 18th and 1st place. 50k event our young leader team came 41st and our adult team came 6th. In the 50 mile event we came second by just a 9 minute difference.

Today our scouts took part in our district ready steady cook event coming 1st and 2nd place. Well done to all

This weekend the Beavers attended the district world challenge badge day. Lots of creative fun was had while working on their world challenge badge. 😄

After a visit from Water Aid, the `Cubs decided to do their bit for the cause by organising a bring and buy sale during pack meetings. Over £100 was raised on each evening from the Cubs efforts.

Yesterday 9 young people from 4th Enfield Scouts were invited to attend the Future Generations’ Premiere of Ocean with David Attenborough in London.
