Hi IKEA USA I really need to get confirmation that my order is cancelled and I have not had any replies to my email and your website has zero mechanisms for customer support and you are not answering your phones either. HELP!

I placed an IKEA USA order on April 26. I don’t have it, can’t track it, can’t communicate with IKEA about it, can’t cancel it. I am sorry I ordered anything.
