The final 2 weeks of the season is here. The boys and girls track and field teams will be heading to Jay Oklahoma this upcoming Saturday for the 4A regional. The state meet is the following weekend May 9th and 10th at Plainview High School

THE state champion & shiny new school record!! Baylee Woodrich is the distance queen. After winning the cross country state championship in the fall she follows it up with a 3200M state championship. Bentley Stewart placed 5th!

STATE MEET RECORD! The 4x800M boys break the school record and the 33 year old state meet record winning by 18 seconds!

🧹 3200M state sweep! Ty Brooks with an incredible kick is the state champion and breaks Andrew Smithwick's school record. Trevor Hacker comes up big and scores while placing 7th

For the first time in school history the boys 4x100M relay are the state champions! 🏆 School record 42.29

800M tradition carries on! The boys go 1st 2nd and 5th and Tennyson podiums with her 6th place run! Congratulations Ty Brooks state champion! And Garner McAfee state runner up

𝟒𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒⁣ The boys break the state meet record scoring total with a massive weekend totaling 131 points!! Like the girls, the boys scored in every running event. 4 school records and a state meet record as well!

Once the dust settles and the numbers are added up, it's clear this was a historic season for the track and field program
