I made gringo quesadillas for dinnner.. Specifically chicken, bacon and cheese... cooked some bacon.. fried chicken breast in the bacon grease.. and used Kerrygold Reserve 2yr aged cheddar..

Used these in place of regular flour tortillas due to Nate's celiac.. surprisingly good especially once fried as a quesadilla

Today is sucking massively for Spark deliveries, probably because everyone that has the day off is at the state fair. I think I'm going to prep and can the hatch chili salsa that I'm taking to Texageddon and try again to make deliveries tomorrow
