1925 saw Lincoln Motor Cycle Club play several games at Sincil Bank. On June 13th they lost 4-2 to Grimsby. The City riders were L.Musham, E.Tomblin, E.Murfin, R.Lucas, A.Gothorpe and W.Parker, who scored both goals. No mention is made of how the pitch fared!
