Don't forget that the 2011 LA Roadrunners season kicks off this Sat. at 8am. Space is still available so we hope to see you this weekend!

The 1st day of training has finally arrived! Reg. opens at 630am tomorrow. Come ready to run as we will be doing 3 miles. See you there!

Who's ready for week 2? 4 mile run tomorrow. We should be starting closer to 7am this time. See you bright and early!

We've updated the training schedule. 11 miles for Gr 1-4 and 9 miles for the other groups tomorrow. Updated manual is on the LARR site.

Guest speaker tomorrow. Dr. Pagliano will be out to discuss prevention of running injuries after our run!

Recovery run tomorrow! 6 miles for Gr 1-4, 5 miles for all other groups.
