The #BobcatFire containment line, defined by yesterday's strategic burn to the north and west of the observatory, held overnight. This process may continue even further to the west today.

LA County Residents near the #BobcatFire will see a large plume of smoke near Mt. Wilson. This is from a strategic defensive operation in the area. This operation will bring the fire's edge to HWY 2 ensuring the fire won't jump the HWY.
