Make it clear to everyone who works for you, or uses your services, that you will not tolerate sexual harassment. Make sure all your policies are consistent in having zero tolerance of sexual harassment.

As an employer, make these things clear to everyone who works for you: Sexual harassment is against the law. You will never cover up or ignore a sexual harassment complaint You will not tolerate misuse of power in workplace relationships. E.g through seniority or influence

This year, we've had 23 survivors walk in to our centre in Lagos. Last year, we supported a total of 928 survivors. These numbers exclude cases we handle via social media. A reminder that Rape is a Crime and survivors deserve support. Perpetrators must be held accountable.
