Found some more sauce for Deejay in Upper. We got proper ground starter mid-screen customs on deck. Our boi is back (kinda).

Weird. So on occasion, you can input a move correctly, and it just won't come out in Upper for some reason. You can see he does QCF+P and he gets f. FP instead of a fireball twice even though he's using a macro that does the motion the exact same every time (40/2/2).

Of course right after I upload a guide, I find some alternate spire routing for V-Hawk. DP spam is still an easier option, but this provides faster carry to the corner and really good damage without needing OTG. Updated the YT link: youtu.be/ODVeuGKl9XA

If you're planning to fill this out, do us all a favor and mention the guard crush scaling bug in A3 Upper (it resets every time you leave block stun in V-ISM). The activation input bug (when releasing a direction) is a problem too, but not nearly as game breaking.

Lots of throws leave you close in older games, so why do people act like "throw loops" weren't a problem until SF5/6? When it comes to grabs on wake-up, "throw protection" is something that doesn't get talked about much. It's changed a lot and so have knockdowns as a result.

Sabre put me on to the upcoming perfect parry input changes, so I just deleted my post, since they're taking care of it already. With that in mind, I can't think of a reason not to have a few frames more throw protection now, since people will have to guess high/low with PP.

Didn't realize this actually works if you air block, lol. Can't stop blocking either 'cause you're locked in by autoguard. Gimmicky as hell, and there are definitely safer ways to guard break, but I've never seen this before, so it made me laugh when I got hit by it.

No hate if he wants to be a villain. On the flip side though, I'm pretty sure he only said that to Pugera, knowing he wouldn't understand a word he said. That does make it kind of a bitch move. If he'd said that shit to Strider or something, I would respect it more.

Pandora making everyone forget Anakaris is the worst character in the game at EVO Japan. Top 5 at one of the most stacked Vampire tourneys all year is crazy. He's made Anak's oki so much scarier than it used to be.
