Any leadership team focused on the right things simply doesn’t have time for petty retribution due to bruised egos. If you and your team are hiring folks with the potential to help you make better decisions, you’re doing it right.

Keeping it 💯 if you’re doing it right no one on your team would have to tell you “I told you so,” because you beat them to it by acknowledging you got the call wrong showing your calculus and creating space to adjust the calculus for a better decision next time
