Bringing my kids to Mendez Elementary was the best choice I have ever made. My boys are thriving. I do not take it for granted that it is because of the incredible people surrounding them. San Marcos CISD you have the best humans that work at Mendez. People are what make the magic.

Just me & my bestie on the last day of school. Her ACL instructional assistant bought her a make up kit (her favorite) for the last day of school & IT MADE her year. Special Education IAs and teachers are irreplaceable. They love & give the most. SMCISD Special Education take care of them ❤️

Patience is not always a virtue. Impatience is fuel for taking initiative. Being content to wait can make people reactive. A distaste for delays motivates them to be proactive. "Restless" kids often grow up to become resourceful adults.
