Gutted to miss out on the European qualifying standard by 1 second at the Loughborough international but happy with my performance against mostly university athletes and some senior men and being my first 3k chase! Huge thank you to British Athletics for the amazing opportunity.

4yrs ago I met this young man at a XC race. He toured and joined SCC a few weeks later without me knowing. Within a year he was National XC champ, a year later National steeplechase champ and today I was proud to watch him run for Great Britain for the first time. #SCCAthletics
