Book chat day Loomis Chaffee. PHI book = "Futureproof" by Kevin Roose. Students were tasked with generating concrete things they could do for each of the 9 rules, plotting them on an Impact vs Feasibility graph, and then committing to do 2 specific ones.
What a day Kravis Center for Excellence in Teaching! Started the day at Coffee with Colleagues discussing Dr. Dave Nelson, then paired up to map discussions in each other's classes. Ended the day debriefing observations and identifying core values with this incredible group of faculty new to Loomis Chaffee!
Highlight to the start of spring term Loomis Chaffee is the Celebration of Professional Growth. Ten faculty-led poster presentations, six workshops, &much learning through shared expertise. @Kravisteaching is grateful for this outstanding, growth-oriented faculty. Leadership+Design
