Tho I understand the reasoning for exploring Medical Library Assn (managed by same AMC), it seems an odd fit to me. Subject-wise 1 of our 80 communities is focused on the same content as all of MLA. Would be interested in exploring ASIS&T. Intrigued to hear abt actual options #sla2022

The first work of art the #HMImuseum Fellows are exploring is #valkryeimumbet at @maamboston by Vasconselos. This artwork can be a catalyst for conversation and inquiry around slavery in Massachusetts, the role of law in social change & the history of textiles.

Gorgeous exhibit on Asian textiles at the Frist Art Museum! Couple blocks from MCC, $15 to get in. These textiles will go back in storage for 20yrs after this in order to ensure they don’t get too damaged by light. Glad they are being preserved in this way. #aamc22
